About AlphaHack
AlphaHack is a 48 hour AI agents hackathon for students and builders.
For one weekend, more than 200 builders meet on LAU's Byblos campus to build AI agents that solve real problems, from a first sketch to something that runs. The clock starts on Friday 13 November 2026 at 17:00 and stops on Sunday 15 November at 17:00. Bring a team or find one there. Either way, you leave having shipped something.
It starts with a letter, and it ends with what you build.
Who are the organizers?
LAU's Software Engineering Club explores the whole of computer science, from AI and machine learning to cybersecurity and building real software from end to end. It brings people together through its tech talks, workshops, and hackathons like this one.
Maaloomatiia is a Data and AI academy based in Dubai, working across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Lebanon. It trains teams to own the technology they invest in, through bilingual bootcamps led by practitioners. Learn more at maaloomatiia.com opens in a new tab.
